The Mill Street Partnership, a fund operated by London & Oriental, has let two floors comprising 8,008 sq ft at its Chatsworth House scheme in Maidenhead town centre.
ViroPharma Europe has taken the second and third floors of the 17,563 sq ft office building on a new 10-year lease with a five-year tenant only break option.
Chatsworth House will be ViroPharma’s European Headquarters.
Letting agents, DTZ and Lambert Smith Hampton are quoting a rent of £31.75 per sq ft for the remaining 9,245 sq ft.
