Millennium & Copthorne has purchased the lease of theCopthorne Plymouth Hotel from HB Hotels for £4.1m.
Millennium has run the hotel on a management contract since1987. Shares in Millennium, which has a portfolio of 16 hotels inthe UK, closed unchanged at 352p.
