Miller Freeman, the magazine publishing subsidiary of United News Media, is close to taking 3,066 sq m (33,000 sq ft) at City Reach, London E14.
The deal, which should be finalised at the end of the week, means that Ogden Properties’ 8,640 sq m (92,998 sq ft) eight floor Docklands building is now fully let.
It is understood that Miller Freeman will be paying close to the quoting price of £108 per sq m (£10 per sq ft) on a lease that runs for between 10 and 15 years.
Knight Frank and Chesterton advised while Miller Freeman represented itself.
