Retail developer Milligan has appointed Queensberry Real Estate co-founder and director Stuart Harris as its new chief operating officer.
Harris, previously the commercial director at Queensberry, founded the business in 2011 with chief executive Paul Sargent and development director Jon Munce.
John Milligan, chief executive of Milligan, said Harris’s appointment “comes at a time when we are responding to the challenges faced by high streets and shopping centres – problems that are growing and shifting by the day”.
He added: “We see real opportunity in this market, reimagining retail places, and we are strengthening our team accordingly.”
