Retail developer Milligan has joined the team developing the Kotka Old Port scheme in Finland.
The mixed-use scheme will include 200 shops, marina, ferry and cruise terminal, hotels, restaurants, casino and apartments.
Milligan joins GVA Sawyer, who is the lead developer, as well as retail specialist Nicky Lovell and DEA Real Estate Advisor’s Luca de Ambrosis.
The scheme has been designed by AHR Architects. The developers are hoping to secure planning permission by May 2015 and to begin construction next summer.
