Mills brothers keep it in the family at CBRE

Brothers Julien and Luke Mills (pictured), directors in Savills’ London residential development team, have left the firm to join rival CBRE.

The agent has appointed the pair executive directors in its central London residential agency division.

The brothers will work alongside chairman Mark Collins and managing director Lisa Hollands.

The Mills have led and grown Savills’ team for 15 years, working on some of the leading developments in the capital, including Fitzroy Place, W1 , and Embassy Gardens in Nine Elms .

Hollands said: “Julien and Luke are highly talented ?professionals with incredible flair in the residential market. They will work closely with Mark and myself in growing and directing the residential business.”

CBRE has been expanding its residential division over the past few years, culminating with its acquisition of independent West End specialist EA Shaw last November. It now offers a full range of services in the prime and super-prime segments of the market.

Savills declined to comment.
