Fast-growing social media and online games company Mind Candy has instructed agents to find it 50,000 sq ft in Midtown and the City fringes.
The firm, dubbed the Facebook for children, has appointed Hatton Real Estate to search for space as it outgrows its 16,000 sq ft of offices at Derwent London’s Tea Building in Shoreditch, E1. The firm, which runs the site Moshi Monsters, took the space less than 18 months ago.
Last summer, the firm was valued at £126m, but chief executive Michael Smith last month claimed it was now worth substantially more. A preferred HQ is expected to be selected within 12 months.
