Flexible office space provider Mindspace is to open its third site in London in the Metro building in Hammersmith, W6, in July.
Mindspace has signed a 10-year lease with Patrizia AG for 35,000 sq ft across floors 6-8 of the building.
The site was originally due to open in June, but will now open on 1 July due to the impact of coronavirus.
This brings the number of Mindspace sites open globally to 32.
Mindspace chief executive and co-founder Dan Zakai said flexible workspace will play a “critical” role in the months ahead post-lockdown.
“Our new site in Hammersmith presents an ideal location for businesses with workforces that primarily reside across west London, prefer to ‘go local’ and minimise the commute, not only due to the current climate but also long term,” he said.
Mindspace’s other sites in London include the Relay Building above Aldgate East Tube station, and 9 Appold Street in Shoreditch (pictured).
