Minerva confirmed today that it has agreed terms with Lend Lease Europe for the development of its £500m Park Place shopping centre in Croydon, south London.
Park Place, which was granted detailed planning permission in May 2004, will provide about 900,000 sq ft of new retail and restaurant facilities in Croydon town centre.
The development is expected to be completed by 2010.
The joint venture has been agreed on a 50/50 basis with Lend Lease carrying out the development.
