Mint Group has confirmed the lease-hold purchase of four venues from brewer and pub operator Fullers.
Contracts have been exchanged to buy The Fine Line, Clapham; The Fine Line, Bristol; The Fine Line at the Minories (City of London); and the Hook, Line and Sinker in Twickenham.
The Mint Group owns the Elk bar and Infernos nightclub in Clapham, as well as KOKO, the Grade II-listed live music venue in Camden.
Acts such as Madonna, Coldplay and Scissor Sisters have played KOKO, which has kept parts of its Victorian interior.
The four new venues will be part of Mint Group’s plan to expand its portfolio of bars and entertainment venues.
Mint Group Property Manager Alison Anderson said: “All the sites are in excellent locations.
WWe have some exciting proposals which we are finalising so that we can realise the full potential of these properties.”
