AMEC developments has prelet a 3,250 sq m (34,984 sq ft) unit on its Guildway business park in Guildford, Surrey, it emerged at MIPIM this week.
Enodis, the kitchen and bathroom product manufacturer, has signed a 15-year lease on the building for its European technology centre, which it will move into early next year.
To complete phase 2 of the £35m development, AMEC plans to spec build a 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft) unit, also due to be ready early 2002.
