BNP Paribas Real Estate has expanded its global business with alliances in Poland, Switzerland and the USA.

The real estate services company is now present in 30 countries.

In Poland, BNP PRE has signed an alliance with Brittain Hadley Europa, a company set up by Nigel Wade and Jonathan Palmer.

Brittain Hadley Europa offers a full range of commercial property advice including building consultancy, leasing, investment, project management and valuation from its headquarters in Warsaw.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has also signed an alliance with the commercial arm of Naef & Cie, a leading adviser in Switzerland.

Naef is run by Olivier de Rivoire who set up the commercial side of the business five years ago. Naef offers a range of commercial property advice including development and project advice, leasing, investment, valuation, property management and asset management.

In the USA, BNP Paribas Real Estate has also signed an alliance with Falcon Real Estate, a commercial property company specialising in investment and asset management.

Falcon has four major offices in New York, Washington DC, Chicago and San Diego and is a prominent player in the North American investment market. The Alliance complements BNP Paribas Real Estate’s existing agreement with Cresa Partners who specialise in the corporate occupier market in the USA and Canada.
