With the Midlands engine firing up its jets in 2016 and the northern powerhouse consolidating its reputation as an economic force, Estates Gazette is putting the UK regions under the spotlight in its first debate for the MIPIM 2016 real estate conference.
Key regional stakeholders will take the stage in Cannes, France, on Tuesday 15 March to discuss how the Midlands and the north of England have come to steal a march in real estate investment, as well as which other cities are set to benefit from increased attention from investors.
Where is the capital coming from? In which cities is it wisest to invest? And what is the outlook for the UK’s core cities? These topics will be up for discussion at this Question Time-style debate where members of the audience will be allowed to put their questions to a strong line-up of investors, city leaders, industry leaders and government officials to find out the answers.
Delegates at this event will also be among the first to receive EG’s latest UK Cities Investor Guide which is being launched at this event.
This debate session is being held in partnership with UK Trade & Investment Regeneration Investment Organisation, Bilfinger GVA, Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership, and Addleshaw Goddard.
