Mission Capital and Chelsfield buy £38m portolio

Mission Capital and Chelsfield Partners have formed a joint venture to purchase a £36m mixed-use portfolio from CBRE Investors’ Strategic Partners UK Fund 1.

The venture, known as Athens Investments, is to buy four properties located in Maidstone, Haverhill, Tonbridge and Swindon.

The portfolio, which will be purchased pending shareholder approval, comprises a mix of offices and warehouses.

Mission Real Estate, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mission Capital, will manage the portfolio on behalf of Athens Investments.

Misson Capital today reported a loss before tax of £175,368, representing a basic and diluted loss per share of 0.267p, in its maiden full year results to 30 September today.
