Seawillow, Nicholas de Savary’s property development and trading company, have bought the former Leysian Mission at 104-122 City Road, London EC1, from the Leysian Mission themselves and are proposing to build a 200,000-sq ft office scheme with an investment value of over £60m.
Currently a Victorian 90,000-sq ft office building, the new scheme will include parking, and a planning application has been submitted.
