Mitchells & Butler has sold five freehold pubs in Surrey, Middlesex and Essex to a private developer client of Chesterton for £7.25m.
The five pubs are The Rising Sun, Surbiton; The Duke of York, Camberley; The Flamedeck, Stanmore; The Blacksmith Arms, Epping; and The Rising Sun, Leatherhead.
