Alternate investment firm Mitheridge Capital Management has hired Robert Chevis as development director to lead its real estate projects.
Chevis was previously project director at Londonewcastle. Prior to this, he held positions at Brookfield Properties and Hadley Group.
He has worked on large residential-led and mixed-use development projects across pre-planning and post-planning construction delivery phases.
William Yerburgh, managing partner at Mitheridge, said: “Robert’s diverse experience in delivering complex residential projects will ensure we continue to have a positive impact on society as a whole and provide the homes that society needs.”
