Mitsubishi Electric PC Division, manufacturer of Apricot computers, is relocating its research and development division from the Birmingham University Business Park in Edgbaston to Arlington’s 2,495 sq m (26,845 sq ft) Spencer House on the Birmingham Business Park.
In addition, Mitsubishi is expanding its sales and marketing divisions into the 1,395 sq m (15,000 sq ft) Unit 3800 Parkside. Mitsubishi has taken an assignment on the building from Hewlett Packard.
As yet, no financial details have emerged about either deal.
