Southwark Council has approved plans by Respublica to redevelop the Valmar Trading Estate in Camberwell, SE5.
The scheme will deliver a 127-bedroom hotel, 37,103 sq ft of employment space and 41 homes of which 35% will be affordable.
An artist studio, photography studio and exhibition space will feature as part of the scheme designed by Alan Camp Architects.
