MJ Gleeson non-executive director Andrew Coppel has been appointed senior independent director and chair of the firm’s remuneration committee.
His appointment follows the announcement that non-executive directors Ross Ancell and Colin Dearlove are to step down on 30 June.
In addition, non-executive director Fiona Goldsmith is to become chair of MJ Gleeson’s audit committee.
Both will take up their new roles with the low-cost housebuilder on 1 July.
