MJ Gleeson has appointed Lazard to advise on the potential sale of its strategic land business.
The division’s portfolio comprises 59 sites, which could deliver 22,232 plots and 67 acres of commercial land.
The housebuilder said a number of third parties have shown interest in acquiring the division and a sale may ensue but is not certain.
