Hampton Brook and Roxhill Developments have been granted planning permission for a 230,000 sq ft shed in Milton Keynes.
Milton Keynes council has granted permission for the Centro:mk development on the site of the former Alps Electronics building, which was demolished last year.
Hampton Brook development director Ian Jackson said: “Having now secured planning permission for this new project, we are able to offer a shovel-ready opportunity for companies looking to invest in the city.”
Burbage Realty, Lambert Smith Hampton and Budworth Hardcastle have been appointed as joint agents.
