London-based mid-range serviced office provider MLS Business Centres has taken its first centre in Birmingham.
The company has signed for 18,954 sq ft of grade A offices at CBRE Investors’Quayside Tower, on Broad Street. Floors two, three and five have been let on a 15 year lease, at a rent of £19.50 per sq ft.
Colliers CRE and CB Richard Ellis acted jointly for the landlord.
MLS operates 81 serviced offices principally in the UK totalling 1m sq ft.
Following the letting to MLS, Quayside Tower is now 80% let, with 25,272 sq ft remaining.
