Henderson Global Investors and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board have appointed MMX Retail as joint agent on the 600,000 sq ft Whitefriars shopping centre in Canterbury, Kent.
MMX will replace Cushman & Wakefield and work with retained agent McMullen Wilson.
MMX will provide leasing, landlord and tenant and asset advice.
