The Ministry of Defence is to sell off 350 acres of land at the former RAF Bicester site in Oxfordshire.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has been appointed to sell the site, which includes some 19 Grade II-listed buildings and several Scheduled Ancient Monuments.
A spokesman for the MOD said: “The RAF Bicester site is now surplus to defence requirements, and we can confirm that the process for marketing the site has commenced.”
“BNP PRE will place adverts soon, and we expect site viewings to take place over the summer. We aim to complete the sale by the end of this financial year.”
