Moda Living and Apache Capital Partners have submitted a planning application for an £80m PRS development on Princes Dock in Liverpool.
The joint venture development, which will be fully-funded by Apache Capital, is a 34-storey building with 304 flats for rent.
The building will have a 24-hour concierge and communal facilities including a residents’ lounge, gym, roof terrace, garden, fitness studio and cinema.
The development would form part of the Liverpool Waters masterplan, which will see the regeneration of 148 acres of historic dockland into a mixed-use waterfront development quarter.
It would be the second scheme delivered through the Apache Capital and Moda Living JV partnership, following Apache Capital fully funding the JV’s £128m, 466-home Angel Gardens development in Manchester.
The partnership has to date secured a PRS development pipeline comprising around 5,000 homes in major regional UK cities with a total GDV of £1bn.
Richard Jackson, co-founder and managing director of Apache Capital Partners, said: “Our investors continue to strongly support the funding of our secured premium PRS development pipeline across prime regional UK cities that we will own and operate for the long term.”
