Moda and joint venture partner Apache Capital Partners have secured permission to redevelop Strathclyde Police headquarters in Glasgow.
The newly renamed Holland Park scheme will deliver 433 rental homes and 45,000 sq ft of amenity space.
Construction of the £120m scheme will start later this year and the first flats will be available in 2022.
Designed by Glasgow architects HAUS-Collective, the scheme spreads across four buildings, ranging from six to 22 storeys, set around a courtyard.
The Apache and Moda jv, which has a £1.5bn pipeline of more than 5,000 apartments, has secured planning on six of its initial eight city-centre sites across the UK. Other schemes are underway in Birmingham, Edinburgh, Leeds, Liverpool, and Manchester.
Richard Jackson, co-founder and managing director of Apache Capital Partners, said: “The support we have received from central and local government has been critical in delivering this consent.”
