Moda and joint venture partner Apache Capital have submitted plans for a 221 home apartment block in the Springside scheme in Edinburgh.
Located in Fountainbridge, the entire scheme will deliver 500 rental homes once complete. Of these, 350 are being delivered as part of phase one, with the current application being added to an earlier consent.
Moda and Apache Capital bought Springfield from Grosvenor Great Britain and Ireland in May last year.
