Modus fills up the Waterside

  Modus has secured six new tenants for its 140,000 sq ft Waterside in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.   Whitbread will operate a 60-bedroom Premier Inn at the £90m leisure scheme, while restaurants Frankie & Benny’s, Prezzo, Pizza Express and Real China have taken 7,000 sq ft, 4,000 sq ft, 3,000 sq ft and 2,700 sq ft respectively.   Fashion store Gloria Jeans has signed for 1,400 sq ft. Savills, Thompson Commercial and Davis Coffer Lyons are the letting agents.   samantha.mcclary@rbi.co.uk
