Modus has been selected by Lincolnshire Co-operative and Lincoln council as the preferred partner for the €180m regeneration of the Lindongate area in Lincoln city centre.
Its 300,000 sq ft scheme will comprise retail, restaurants, bars, a hotel, flats, car parking and a bus and rail interchange.
Modus has also confirmed BHS as the second 40,000 sq ft anchor at its 635,000 sq ft Delamere Place in Crewe, Cheshire, this week.
