Manchester-based Modus Properties has unveiled plans for the refurbishment of its rebranded Winsford Cross Shopping Centre.
The centre, formerly the Winsford Shopping Centre, comprises 80 units, with 40,000 sq ft (3,716 sq m) of new-build retail/leisure being planned, at a cost of £1.8m, next to the existing Asda store.
A multi-storey car-park is being added to the centre, with 920 parking spaces.
Winsford Cross’s tenants include Bon Marche, New Look, Boots, Iceland, Peacocks and Wilkinsons.
