Manchester-based Modus has won consent for the first phase of its £90m Waterside development in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
The scheme will include a 30,000 sq ft Vue Cinema, a 24,000 sq ft Bowlplex, a 60-bedroom hotels, 240 flats and a 40,000 sq ft headquarters office building.
Modus plans to start work on the site in September, with the first elements expected to open next year.
