Monaco’s REDD is seeking £200m to expand its prime central London development portfolio.
The family business has appointed former Grosvenor director Mark Tredwell as head of development to lead the expansion.
REDD aims to secure the finance this year to back a development drive as it acquires new sites in Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Kensington and Chelsea.
The family is known for building the tallest building in Monaco, the Tour Odeon, whose penthouses command some of the most expensive rents in the world.
REDD launched in London in 2019 with a £100m super-prime spree, picking up luxury properties for its rental portfolio.
