Sowden Group has let a new 2,508 sq m (27,000 sq ft) manufacturing unit on 1.2ha (3 acres) of Canning Place. Leicester-based Monofil Technology has taken a 25 year lease with a 15-year break clause and a rent of £45 per sq m (£4.15 per sq ft). Andrew & Ashwell and Sturgis Shattock acted jointly for the developer
