Fashion chain Monsoon/Accessorize has acquired its first store this year.
The chain has taken a 7,200 sq ft store on ground and first floor levels at 34 Stodman Street in Newark, Nottinghamshire.
The group has taken a new lease at an annual rent of £115,000.
Over the past 18 months Monsoon has acquired more than 75 shops.
It plans to continue its expansion, both in the UK and internationally, this year.
