Montagu Evans announces three new partners

Planning and development consultancy Montagu Evans has announced three new partners as part of its 2023 promotion round.

Along with recent lateral hires, this boosts its number of partners to 101 – the highest in Montagu Evans’ 102-year history.

The new partners, effective from 1 April, are:

  • Ally Campbell in planning. Campbell works on major developments throughout Scotland.
  • Will Hyslop in commercial and agency. Hyslop specialises in the build-to-rent and purpose-built student accommodation sectors, providing acquisition, disposal and funding advice to developers, institutional investors, operators and lenders.
  • Emily Patey in property management. Patey focusses on property and asset management in the retail sector, particularly town centres and shopping centres.

In addition, Matthew Boyd (advisory), Harry Charman (advisory), Rob Cohu (commercial and agency), Sarah Gibbs (advisory), Hugh Mitchell (advisory), Tristan Paterson (commercial and agency), Emily Pile (commercial and agency), Nick Pond (planning) and Mo Qamar (commercial and agency) have all been appointed to the role of associate.

Ben Dakin (planning), Will Fennell (commercial and agency), Nick Garside (planning), Richard Glover (advisory), Jo Kelly (advisory), Rachel McGall (planning) and James Veitch (advisory) have been promoted to senior surveyors.
