Montagu Evans has appointed Capita’s property management team as strategic partner on a £3bn government real estate portfolio.
Capita will join Montagu Evans and provide management of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs’ 150 properties in the UK.
Earlier this year Defra awarded Montagu Evans a three-year contract for estates professional services covering its property portfolio. The latest deal sees the property management part of the Defra contract go to Capita.
