Montagu Evans has made 16 promotions in the wake of its record turnover figures for last year.
Four members of staff were promoted to participating partner, two to salaried partner, two to associate and eight to senior surveyor/planner.
The firm also appointed Roddy MacLeod as an associate in the Glasgow planning team.
Amanda Fleming, formerly of Bellway Homes, has been appointed surveyor in the Glasgow professional services team.
The firm has also recently appointed Anne Clarke, previously at Nabarro and Ashurst, as its new head of HR.
