Montinex has gone into administrative receivership.
The West Yorkshire-based chain operates 144 Charlie Browns Autocentres throughout Britain. Montinex trades in southern England as Chessington Tyres, Northway Tyres and Malvern Tyres.
Receivers Ernst & Young hope to sell Montinex as a going business.
