Montreaux completes on Middlesex Business Centre

Montreaux has completed on the purchase of the Middlesex Business Centre in Southall, west London.

It is now working up a planning application with Assael Architecture for the 12.4-acre site which will include over 2,000 new homes, offices, retail and a hotel.

Chief executive David Burke said: “The scheme represents a significant opportunity to create an exciting destination in Southall that will strengthen the local economy, attract inward investment and provide jobs and new homes.”

Montreaux is an independent developer of residential-led, mixed-use schemes across London and the South East. It is actively seeking new land opportunities.

It will work with the London Borough of Ealing, the Greater London Authority and other key stakeholders to deliver the scheme, with planning hoped to submitted this summer.

GL Hearn acted for Montreaux in the acquisition and as planning consultant.
