Private equity fund manager Moorfield has announced the practical completion of 250-bed student accommodation scheme, Toybox, in Birmingham.
The 290-bed scheme, which was forward funded, contains 151 studio apartments and 139 en suite bedrooms in a 15-storey building.
The property is 100% let for the beginning of the 2019/2020 academic year.
