Plans have been submitted for a 27-storey office tower close to Moorgate, EC2.
Old Park Lane Management, the asset manager for a family office, is behind the Make Architects-designed scheme, which comprises two buildings: 20 Ropemaker Street and 101-117 Finsbury Pavement.
The sites have been in the office’s ownership since 2007 and 1996 respectively, and currently provide around 200,000 sq ft of offices and ground floor retail in total.
Old Park Lane has a portfolio of income-producing assets as well as redevelopment projects, of which the most recent is LSQ on Leicester Square, WC1, home to the Lego store and 140,000 sq ft of offices.
The 20 Ropemaker Street scheme calls for 685,000 sq ft of office space, along with 13,000 sq ft of flexible retail, professional services, restaurant, and café space.
