Leisure property dealmaker Jonathan Moradoff has launched his own advisory firm, Moradoff Real Estate, after nearly two decades at Davis Coffer Lyons.
The intelligence-led agency will focus exclusively on the leisure and hospitality sectors, offering sales, lettings, acquisitions and investment services.
“Leisure is in my DNA,” said Moradoff. “It’s not just how I work, it’s how I live. I’ve always been passionate about the places where people connect, celebrate and create memories.”
Moradoff brings more than 20 years of experience in the food, drink, and leisure property sectors. His career has included deals on some of London’s most notable venues, including The Windmill in Soho, the former Mahiki in Mayfair (now Tabu), House Party in Soho and Benihana in Covent Garden, WC1.
He has worked with brands including Gail’s, Little Yellow Door and Nightcap PLC, alongside institutional landlords and private property owners across the UK. The agency also plans to act as a bridge for international operators and landlords entering the UK leisure market.
“London is a magnet for global ambition,” said Moradoff. “MRE helps overseas operators launch with credibility, while opening doors for international landlords to partner with high-performing British concepts.”
MRE is expected to be highly active in both on- and off-market transactions and maintaining close relationships with a wide range of active operators, quick-service chains, upscale independents, late-night brands and international groups.
“Launching MRE after 18 incredible years at DCL is both a personal milestone and a professional mission. We’re here to create opportunities that change the leisure landscape – and we’re just getting started,” Moradoff said.
