More change could be coming at Foxtons, after another activist investor called for reform.
Hosking Partners, run by investment tycoon Jeremy Hosking, has written Foxtons’ chair Ian Barlow calling action to be taking to revive its flagging share price.
Hosking owns 11.2% of the agent. It says that “radical board-level change” is needed and executive pay needs to be reined in.
Foxtons’ share price has slumped from 300p in July 2014 to just 59.5p on Friday.
