UK private equity fund manager Moorfield is to fund its second private rented sector scheme with Glenbrook.
Following the pair’s development of the Keel in Liverpool, they will back the £40m Ellesmere Street scheme in Manchester city centre.
Ellesmere Street has planning for 232 homes in three buildings of between eight and 12 storeys. It is scheduled to complete in summer 2018.
