Crest Nicholson Regeneration and Standard Life Investments have let five units at The Atrium retail-led scheme in Camberley,
The deals mean the £130m mixed-use scheme, funded by SLI’s Pooled Property Pension and Unit Linked Life Funds, is more than 65% let, under offer or with serious discussions ongoing.
The retail element of the scheme is due to open in time for Christmas this year.
Retailers include Sports World, which is to take 14,729 sq ft on a 15-year lease at a rent of £180,000 pa, while Starbucks has signed up for 2,360 sq ft on a 10-year lease.
The Real China, an oriental restaurant, will occupy 5,500 sq ft, with Café Rouge taking 3,811 sq ft, and Nando’s taking 2,811 sq ft on a 25-year lease at a rent of £92,400 pa.
The Atrium is a joint venture between Crest Nicholson Regeneration and Standard Life Investments with Surrey Heath council.
On completion it will provide 247,000 sq ft of integrated town centre retail and leisure space, including a cinema and a bowling alley with 217 one- and two-bed flats totalling 107,000 sq ft and a 680-space car park.

Colliers CRE and Montagu Evans are joint commercial letting agents for The Atrium, with Romans New Homes marketing the apartments.
The scheme was designed by DLG Architects, and Laing O’Rourke has been appointed main contractor for the building works.
Sports World was represented by Churston Heard, with Montagu Evans representing Starbucks.
Café Rouge was represented by Teague & Capital, with Paul Benjamin Associates representing Nando’s.
