More stress for retailers as shoppers click but don’t collect

Shoppers are not bothering to collect items worth a total of £228 million a year that they purchased using click and collect.
One in seven shoppers said that they had failed to pick up a parcel, according to a survey by Barclaycard and Decathlon, the sportswear retailer. Shoppers are reimbursed by retailers if they do not collect their online orders after a period of time.
