Morgan Capital has fully pre-let its 30,500 sq ft redevelopment of 53 Great Suffolk Street, Southwalk, SE1.
Construction company Byrne Group and US experiential marketing firm George P Johnson have both agreed 10-year leases to occupy the entire building at an average rent of circa £64 per sq ft.
Morgan Capital acquired the site from Columbia Threadneedle for £15.3m in February 2016. It is currently completing the redevelopment of the building to comprise a warehouse style building with 30,500 sq ft of grade-A offices.
