Morgan Sindall Group has promoted Phil Mayall to the role of managing director for its regeneration business, Muse Developments.
Mayall has been managing director for the North West at Muse since 2019. He is also a director of the English Cities Fund, a national regeneration partnership between Muse, Homes England and Legal & General.
In his new role, Mayall will expand his existing responsibilities, working with colleagues and partners to deliver long-term projects that transform towns and cities.
