Morgan Sindall is to sell a Cambridge multi-let office complex to thetrustees of the Bedford Estate.
The Paddocks covers 2.8ha (7 acres). Morgan will use the proceeds of£6m for future property purchases.
The complex has a current net book value of £4.04m and a currentgross rental income of £563,661 per annum.
